Technology disease within its self

Technology is becoming disease its self, due to dangers of addiction and becoming datachoholics. Our use of technology became such an asset to our lives that we are not aware of consequences that occur around us for example, Information Fatigue Syndrome it was first recognized in 1990 by Dr.David Lewis. He explains how "most people are expected to be available, if not 24/7, then for a good 8 to 10 hours a day and you have a recipe for stress and burnout."Just like burnout, symptoms of information fatigue syndrome include the following: stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, increased self-doubt in decision making." These are one of the major consequences that could occur within our selfs if not properly regulated.

  1. Your first sentence really got me thinking--technology is becoming a disease--that it's a socially acceptable, encouraged disease! It's a shame.
